Previously, GM for Ecommerce at Automattic, making one of the most-used ecommerce platforms in the world, WooCommerce, with a diverse set of offerings including a dev platform and tools, SMB platform, thriving third party dev marketplace, and a la carte cloud services.

I also led UX/design for Messaging and Mobile at Atlassian, helped lead a massive design and product management transformation at IBM, founded the Austin studio of Adaptive Path, and worked at the Mayo Clinic. O’Reilly author and regular speaker.
